I believe in the power of human connection when it comes to trauma and healing, and one way to emphasize that is through story.  I’m passionate about speaking and sharing my own story, because it can provide a narrative for really big, challenging topics. It is also a way to offer understanding, compassion, care, and empathy; to let others know that they truly are not alone, while providing contextual resources + support within a message of hope.
