1:1 THRIVE 3 MONTH PROGRAM

What We Explore: Choice, Safety, Grounding, Stabilization

Through: The integration of trauma-informed yoga, breathing exercises, journaling, learning + trauma resources and talks. We will explore these accessible tools together and look at how they may be useful on your journey now as well as moving forward.

We Do This: Relationally. Sessions are 1:1 so we can explore things at greater depth. Sessions span up to 12 weeks to allow for the exploration of safety and building of trust.

 

 

A Note From Cayla:

*At my lowest point, I knew that I had trauma but had no verbiage to explain what was happening or why. I just knew that I needed help. I ended up waiting for medical assistance for a very long time so in the interim I learned valuable building blocks that I still use to this day. 

In this program we will explore those building blocks together.
